**NOTE: Lower hourly rates are available exclusively for community or instructional groups and are applied at the discretion of BTCA and the Hall Manager.
Boardroom — $50 per Half Day – 8 AM – 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM – 6 PM or Evenings 6 PM – 10 PM
Use of Projector in Boardroom is included in fee though an additional damage deposit is required
Hourly Extension Fee — $30 per hour, based on availability (up to 3 hours)
Sound Equipment – $50 per use
Locked Storage — $100 per month, based on availability
A 15% discount will apply to long term lease rentals exceeding once per week for 6 months.
Damage Deposit equivalent to the Rental Fee is required and is due upon confirmation of the rental.
Note: A penalty charge of $50 per hour (or partial hour) will be charged if event extends past the booked time.
