Calgary’s first Outdoor Gym for adults is located just north of the Louise Riley Library at the corner of 19 Street and 14 Avenue NW – an easy walk for many Banff Trail residents. Thanks to our neighbours, the Hounsfield Heights/Briar Hill Community Association for spearheading this new installation. Check it out!!
Canmore Park is a beautiful and peaceful oasis perfect for picnics, walks, cycling and Xcountry skiing.
Children’s playgrounds are located at Banff Trail Park, immediately south of our Community Garden at the Banff Trail Community Hall and at the local elementary schools – Capitol Hill School and Ecole St. Pius at the corner of 18 Street and 22 Avenue NW and Ecole Banff Trail on Cochrane Road NW.
