Join Certified Sommelier, Instructor with the International Sommelier Guild, and 30 year veteran of the wine industry, Paul Martzoukos, for a fantastic evening of wine education and fun. Paul will be demonstrating how different key wine components work with each key food element, to get the best out both your meal and your glass. If you haven’t experienced the magic of wine and food pairings before, this evening will be an eye opener.

You will learn HOW you taste and how YOU taste key components in wine. Of course there will be some outstanding wines to try, but you will come out of the evening with a better understanding of why you like certain wines and not others. Stop picking wines just by the look of the label or the price, and find out how to select what’s right for you and your friends.

Paul has travelling the world understanding the history and gathering a wealth of knowledge about this fascinating and often bizarre industry. So come and share in a night of good wines, fine company, excellent stories, and the opportunity to become a bit more adept at choosing the right bottle for you and yours. And you’re even supporting a good cause on the way – funding the new playground project beside the Banff Trail Community Centre.
